Our training is accredited by the IFPSM (International Federation of Purchasing and Supply) and PAS (Program Accreditation Standard), and we offer an internationally recognized certification for our Master Practitioner in Strategic Procurement program.
With globally recognized certification, every learner who completes one of our training workshops receives a digital course certificate, a digital badge to share online, and a LinkedIn-ready post. For classroom and virtual training courses, there is also the option of a physical printed and embossed certificate, mailed to each delegate after the course. All our training courses count towards CPD credits.

Can we train our globally dispersed team?
Yes. We offer training in-person in most countries or bring the team together for live, online, instructor-led training. Alternatively, take our online elearning courses – individual tailored to the competency gaps and needs of each employee.

Can we track the impact of the training?
Yes. Whilst we expect the impact from our training to be immediately obvious back in the workplace, we can measure impact and progression of individuals through regular competency and skills assessments of the team.
How can we measure how effective the training has been?
We provide a post course evaluation summary of all our classroom and live events based on delegate feedback, and all our online elearning includes a knowledge check to gauge effectiveness.
How practical and workplace based is it?
Our training is highly practical. We combine bite sized tuition with case-studies, group work breakouts, practical exercises or role plays, and facilitated debate. When combined with workplace coaching post-training, we provide the full blended (70:20:10) learning approach.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. All learners that complete our courses receive a digital certificate (physical printed certificates are available at an additional cost).
When can I get started?
You can start immediately. We can set up an online learning program within one day, or we can schedule live classroom or virtual training with your team just as soon as we can fix the dates and any venue needed with you. This typically takes 4 weeks or sooner if needed.
What if I have mixed abilities and different levels of enthusiasm in my team?
We know all about that and whilst many of our training courses are specifically aimed at certain levels, we can make the training suitable and accessible to all. This enables those of all levels to benefit in different ways. Pre-course online study can get everyone to the same starting point, and then for classroom events we can structure the learning so all participate and learn according to their experience and abilities.
What happens after the training to help me in the workplace?
We offer workplace coaching to help with application or to support knowledge transfer for specific projects. In addition, all our delegates get to join our Knowledge Hub where they can access, for free, latest thinking and insights from us to help them in their work.
