Positive Purchasing is a company that specializes in providing procurement and purchasing training and tools to organizations around the world.

Founded in the UK in 2003, our operational headquarters is located in the historic Royal William Yard in Plymouth, and overlooks the waterfront. But we’re truly global in our business outlook. With a team of over 65 people worldwide, we have trained over 9,500 people from at least 200 organizations in 37 countries across the globe.

We have steadily grown into one of the world’s leading strategic purchasing and negotiation specialists. Our procurement programs, using our best-practice methodologies, along with our bespoke packages and complete procurement transformation service, have earned us a reputation for exceptional results across a spectrum of industry areas.
